Because the Abnegation are selfless, they run the Factions and make the decisions with the help of the leaders from other Factions.
|

This is where the Factionless live. They roam the streets looking for any food or something to help them survive. They get no rations and no shelter. The Abnegation Faction give food to the Factionless and take care of them as much as they can. It is forbidden by every Faction to take in a Factionless, even if they were a family member before becoming Factionless.

The Arena that all Dauntless members train in. You must go through an initiation after picking Dauntless in the choosing ceremony. Those that pass both the mental and physical test become Dauntless, the rest become Factionless or die. The Pit becomes the mess hall that they eat in every day.

The Fence

While some of the Dauntless protect the Factionless, some Dauntless members protect the Fence. This is a higher consideration job compared to guarding the Factionless.

The way that the Dauntless initiates get into Dauntless, jumping off a 10 story building into a chasm that has a net at the bottom. This is one of two entrances.
